What is the order processing time?
We typically prepare your order within 1-3 business days. Please note that during holiday seasons processing times can be extended.
What is the delivery time?
Orders from the United States take 6-12 business days.
Why is my order delayed?

What is your Shipping and Delivery Options?
Free Standard Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on all orders from the United States.
Priority Shipping:
All orders are subject to queue on our store and if you select the priority shipping option during the checkout, we prioritize your order and you don't need to wait for the order queue. Please note; priority shipping is subject to a fee.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our Order Tracking page.
